Q: What are the main design details of this necklace?
A: This Louis Vuitton LV Instinct Pendant Necklace features a silver-tone metal chain with mixed metal LV logo and Monogram flower pendants, finished with a lobster clasp closure. It is a statement fashion jewellery piece with Louis Vuitton’s signature motifs.

Q: What is the necklace length?
A: The listed necklace perimeter is 60 cm, giving it a comfortable mid-length drop.

Q: Is this solid silver or sterling silver?
A: No. This piece is described as silver-tone metal rather than sterling silver, and the original LV Instinct Pendant design was produced in brass with silver- and gold-colour hardware.

Q: Is this a men’s or women’s necklace?
A: The LV Instinct line was originally presented within Louis Vuitton’s men’s fashion jewellery collection, but this necklace can be worn by anyone who likes the design and length.

Q: What condition is this necklace in?
A: It is listed in Very Good Condition. The hardware remains shiny and shows light scratches consistent with careful previous wear.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: This necklace comes with a box and dust bag. Everything included with the piece is shown in the product information for this listing.

Q: Can fashion jewellery like this show wear over time?
A: Yes. Metal fashion jewellery can develop surface marks or finish wear with use, especially if exposed to perfume, lotions, moisture or heat. This piece already has only light scratches noted on the hardware.

Q: How should I care for this necklace?
A: To help preserve the finish, apply perfume and cosmetics before putting it on, avoid high heat and hard knocks, and store it separately in its box or dust bag when not in use. A soft jewellery cloth is the safest choice for routine wiping.

Q: How is authenticity handled?
A: Every item sold by A Retro Tale is authenticated by its in-house experts through a two-step process. If you would like added reassurance, the company also offers an optional independent digital certificate service.
