ChanelCC In The Mix Large Tote Bag

Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel CC In The Mix Large Tote Bag?
A: This bag measures 30 cm wide, 24 cm high and 15 cm deep. Use these measurements when comparing it with your everyday essentials, rather than relying on the Large model name alone.

Q: Can this bag be carried on the shoulder?
A: The In The Mix tote design offers top handles for hand carrying and longer straps for shoulder carrying. This item's listed handle measurement is 13 cm and strap measurement is 36 cm. Shoulder comfort will depend on your build and clothing.

Q: Will this tote fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this specific bag. Compare your device, including its sleeve, with the bag's 30 × 24 × 15 cm measurements, allowing for less usable space inside and at the opening. Please ask for confirmation before purchasing it specifically to carry a laptop.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has a minor scratch on the handle and slight discolouration on the leather. The interior is also in very good condition, with light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: When was this Chanel bag made?
A: The supplied serial number is partially concealed as 14****** and is listed in the product information as dating this piece to 2010–2011.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This particular bag is listed as beige, and its country-of-origin label states France.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a dust bag, authenticity card and serial number tag. Please refer to the product information for the included items; a box is not listed.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the leather's finish. Protect it from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in its dust bag, with any chains or straps wrapped in tissue paper to prevent marks.

Q: How can I help protect the beige leather from colour transfer?
A: Avoid prolonged rubbing against dark denim or other clothing that may shed dye. Do not apply protective sprays or stain removers without specialist advice, as they may alter the finish. If staining occurs, seek professional leather-care advice rather than scrubbing the affected area.
