Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel CC Embossed Wallet on Chain Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 19 cm wide, 13 cm high and 3 cm deep. Its slim profile makes it a compact option for carrying essentials.

Q: What can I fit inside this Wallet on Chain?
A: A Wallet on Chain is best suited to a light selection of essentials, such as cards, cash, a small set of keys and a lipstick, with space for a phone depending on its size. Bulky keyrings and a separate full-sized wallet can take up much of the available room. Avoid overfilling or forcing the bag closed.

Q: Will my phone fit inside?
A: Phone fit depends on the handset, its case and what else you carry. Compare your phone’s measurements, including its case, with the bag’s external dimensions of 19 × 13 × 3 cm, allowing for a smaller usable interior. Fit cannot be guaranteed from external measurements alone.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: The Wallet on Chain style is designed for hands-free carrying and can generally be worn crossbody or over the shoulder. This item has a listed strap measurement of 60 cm. Where it sits will depend on your height and build; the product information does not confirm whether the strap is adjustable or detachable.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing on the corners and edges, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a box, serial number tag and authenticity card as included. A dust bag is not listed among the included items.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This Chanel CC Embossed Wallet on Chain Bag is black, and its country-of-origin label states France.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter its finish. Protect it from prolonged sunlight and moisture; if it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a suitable protective pouch, wrapping the chain in tissue paper to help prevent marks. Avoid overfilling to preserve its shape.
