Q: What size is the Hermès Clipper Date watch?
A: This watch has a 24 mm case diameter, giving it a compact profile. The case measurement is separate from the bracelet’s wrist fit.

Q: What wrist size will this watch fit?
A: The bracelet fits a wrist measuring 15 cm or smaller and fastens with a folding clasp. Check your wrist circumference before ordering, particularly if you prefer a looser fit.

Q: Is this watch quartz or automatic?
A: This watch has a battery-powered quartz movement, rather than an automatic movement. The product information does not specify when the battery was last replaced or its remaining life.

Q: Is the gold detailing solid gold?
A: No. The case and bracelet are described as two-tone stainless steel and gold-plated, rather than solid gold.

Q: Does this watch display the date?
A: Yes. It features a date display alongside a white dial with Arabic numerals.

Q: What condition is this vintage watch in?
A: This watch is listed in Good Condition, with both its external and internal condition described as good. Scratches are noted on the case and bracelet, so visible signs of previous wear should be expected.

Q: Does this watch come with a box, papers or spare links?
A: No accessories are included according to the product information. A box, papers and spare links are therefore not included with this watch.

Q: Can I wear this watch while swimming or showering?
A: Water resistance has not been confirmed for this individual vintage watch. Avoid swimming, showering or immersing it in water unless a qualified watch specialist has tested it and confirmed its suitability. Hermès advises that water resistance depends on the condition of the case assembly and seals.

Q: What is the reference number of this watch?
A: The model reference is CL4.220. This is separate from the individual watch’s serial number, which is listed as 149118.

Q: What year was this watch made?
A: This is listed as a vintage watch, but its production year is not specified. An exact year cannot be confirmed from the supplied product information.
