A: Yes. This bag features both a top chain handle and a leather-woven chain shoulder strap, so it can be styled in more than one way. The handle drop is approximately 8 cm and the strap drop is approximately 50 cm, giving you the option to carry it by hand or wear it on the shoulder.

Q: Is this the Medium Chanel 19 size?
A: Yes. This listing is for the Medium variant of the Chanel 19. Community discussions around the Chanel 19 often highlight this size as a popular everyday choice because it balances capacity with a sleek silhouette. For exact dimensions, please refer to the Measurements on this page.

Q: What are the signature details of the Chanel 19 design?
A: The Chanel 19 is known for its soft flap silhouette, oversized CC turn-lock closure and mixed-tone hardware. This piece also features a rear slip pocket, a grey wool exterior and a grey fabric lining with one internal zipped pocket, which are all characteristic details that make the style both practical and recognisable.

Q: How should I care for a wool Chanel bag?
A: Wool and other textile Chanel bags should be handled gently. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, rough surfaces and colour transfer from darker garments. Store the bag in its dust bag when not in use, keep it lightly stuffed to help maintain shape, and avoid overfilling it. For stains or deeper cleaning, professional specialist care is the safest option.

Q: Does this bag have a pocket for easy-access items?
A: Yes. It has a rear slip pocket for slim essentials you may want close at hand, and the interior includes one zipped pocket for smaller valuables. This layout makes it easy to organise daily items without compromising the clean flap-bag silhouette.

Q: What does the serial number tag mean on this Chanel bag?
A: This bag comes with a serial number tag, and the listed serial number is TK843K1L. Chanel’s newer bags use alphanumeric serial-style identifiers rather than the older sticker formats seen on vintage pieces, so this is consistent with more recent Chanel production methods. As always, please rely on the product information in this listing for what is included with this specific item.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: The overall condition is rated Very Good. The exterior shows light traces of use, the interior is also in Very Good condition with light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. This means the bag presents very well while still showing gentle signs of prior wear expected from a pre-owned luxury piece.
