Q: Are these earrings clip-on or for pierced ears?
A: These Chanel Coco Mark earrings are a clip-on style, so they can be worn without pierced ears. If you do have pierced ears, you can still wear clip-ons if you prefer this look and fit.

Q: What size are these earrings?
A: The earrings measure approximately 3 cm in height and 1.5 cm in width. Please allow for very slight variation, as vintage pieces can differ subtly depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What condition are these vintage earrings in?
A: They are listed in very good condition. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, there is light discolouration at the back, and one pearl is missing. We recommend reviewing the photos closely for the best visual impression of condition.

Q: Do these earrings come with a box, pouch or authenticity card?
A: No. According to the product information, they are delivered with no accessories.

Q: Are these earrings authentic?
A: Yes. This piece has been checked and certified by A Retro Tale’s jewellery expert, who has 20 years of experience in vintage and luxury jewellery. A Retro Tale stands behind the authenticity of the items it sells.

Q: Where were these Chanel earrings made?
A: According to the product information, these vintage earrings were made in France.

Q: How should I care for vintage Chanel earrings with pearls and rhinestones?
A: Handle them gently and avoid contact with water, perfume, hairspray, lotions and cleaning products. It is best to put jewellery on last when getting ready, wipe it carefully with a soft dry cloth after wear, and store it separately to help protect the finish and decorative details.

Q: Can vintage Chanel clip-on earrings be repaired if needed?
A: In some cases, Chanel boutiques or specialist jewellers may be able to help with repairs, but availability of parts for vintage pieces can vary. Because this is a pre-owned vintage item, any future repair options should be treated as case by case.

Q: Are these a good choice for occasional wear or special events?
A: Yes. Their silver-tone CC design with pearl and rhinestone detailing makes them especially suited to evening wear, celebrations and dressed-up day looks, while the clip-on format also makes them convenient for collectors who do not wear pierced earrings.

Q: Can I return these earrings if they are not suitable?
A: For hygienic reasons, returns of earrings are only accepted if the seal is intact. If the seal has been broken, the return cannot be accepted.
