Q: What typically fits inside this Loewe Amazona Suede Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 27 x 20 x 13 cm, this bag is well suited to everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys, sunglasses, a small cosmetics pouch and a compact tablet or notebook. It is best thought of as a small-to-medium top-handle bag rather than a large work bag.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: No. This specific piece is designed to be carried by hand using its dual rolled leather handles. The handle drop is approximately 10 cm, and no shoulder strap is included in the product information.

Q: What materials and colours does this bag feature?
A: This bag is crafted in beige suede with black leather trim, finished with silver-tone hardware and a cream leather lining. The combination gives it a refined vintage look with soft texture and structured contrast details.

Q: Does the bag close securely?
A: Yes. It features a zip closure, which helps keep your belongings secure while maintaining the classic Amazona silhouette.

Q: What is the condition of this bag?
A: The bag is listed in very good condition with light traces of use. The interior also shows light traces of use with a stain, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review all product images closely for the best understanding of its current condition.

Q: Is this a vintage or contemporary Loewe bag?
A: This is a vintage Loewe bag. The Amazona is one of Loewe’s most recognisable handbag designs, and vintage versions are especially appreciated for their timeless shape and practical top-handle format.

Q: How should I care for a suede Loewe bag?
A: Suede should be handled with extra care. Store the bag in a cool, dry place, avoid overfilling it, and keep it away from prolonged moisture, heat and direct sunlight. If it gets wet, gently dab away excess moisture with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature. A soft suede brush can help lift light surface marks, but harsh cleaners should be avoided.

Q: Will suede show marks or colour transfer more easily?
A: Suede is naturally more delicate than smooth leather and may show rubbing, shading or light marking with use. It can also be more sensitive in humid conditions, so extra care is recommended when wearing it against very light-coloured clothing.

Q: Are any extras included with this bag?
A: No extras are included with this item. Please refer to the product information for what is included with your purchase.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin label states Spain, which is closely associated with Loewe’s heritage and leather craftsmanship.

Q: Is this bag suitable for a laptop or larger daily carry?
A: No, it is not likely to suit most laptops. Its proportions are better for everyday essentials and smaller personal items rather than larger tech or bulky documents.

Q: How is authenticity handled for this item?
A: Every item sold by A Retro Tale is carefully checked for authenticity by in-house experts. Pre-owned luxury pieces are assessed using details such as materials, construction, hardware, markings and overall craftsmanship.
