Q: What is the Bvlgari Bulgari Bulgari 30mm Ref BB30SSD?
A: It’s an authentic, Swiss‑made Bvlgari quartz wristwatch featuring the iconic double‑logo bezel (“BVLGARI BVLGARI”), a 30mm stainless steel case, black dial and matching stainless steel bracelet. This example is a full set with original box and certificate.

Q: What movement does it use and which battery fits?
A: The watch is powered by a Swiss quartz movement. Most similar Bvlgari quartz models use a standard 1.55V silver‑oxide cell (commonly a 377/SR626SW or comparable type), but battery type can vary—please have a professional watchmaker confirm and replace to avoid damage. Typical battery life is around 2–3 years.

Q: Is it water‑resistant and can I wear it in the shower or for swimming?
A: As a vintage watch, water resistance cannot be guaranteed. Treat it as splash‑resistant at best and avoid showering, swimming or submersion unless the seals have been replaced and it has been pressure‑tested recently. Keep the crown fully pushed in and away from moisture.

Q: What crystal and bezel does this model have?
A: Many Bulgari Bulgari models from this era feature a scratch‑resistant sapphire crystal, but specifics can vary by reference; we can confirm on request. The bezel carries the distinctive BVLGARI BVLGARI engraving that defines the collection.

Q: Will the 30mm size suit my wrist, and is it unisex?
A: A 30mm case offers a refined, compact profile suited to smaller wrists and a minimalist aesthetic. While often marketed towards women, it can be worn unisex depending on personal style. The bracelet on this watch fits up to approximately 16.5cm; contact us with your wrist measurement for sizing advice.

Q: How do I set the time on this quartz model?
A: Gently pull the crown out to the setting position and turn to adjust the hands to the correct time. Push the crown back in firmly when finished. Set the time on a clean, soft surface and avoid forcing the crown. If the watch has stopped, a fresh battery may be needed.

Q: Can the bracelet be resized or swapped for a strap?
A: Yes—the bracelet can typically be adjusted by adding/removing links. Additional links may be sourced subject to availability. Some Bulgari Bulgari versions use integrated lug systems; if you prefer a leather strap, ensure it’s a compatible Bvlgari strap/end‑link set for this reference. We’re happy to advise.

Q: What is included with this watch, and is it authentic?
A: This piece is delivered as a full set with original box and certificate. A Retro Tale specialises in authentic luxury vintage items and professionally verifies every watch. Country of origin is Switzerland as indicated in the listing.

Q: What servicing and warranty should I expect?
A: Quartz watches typically need a battery change every 1–3 years and a full service only if issues arise (e.g., condensation or timekeeping problems). All our watches come with a 12‑month mechanical guarantee; please note this does not cover wear from misuse or water ingress.

Q: How should I clean and care for the watch?
A: Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, perfumes and strong magnets. Keep the watch dry, and if you notice fogging under the crystal or irregular timekeeping, have it inspected by a qualified watchmaker familiar with vintage pieces.
