A: This pre-owned bracelet is in very good condition, with light signs of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What wrist size does this bracelet fit?
A: The product information states that it fits a wrist measuring 19.1 cm or smaller. This is the stated wrist fit, rather than a confirmed measurement of the bracelet’s total length.

Q: How should I measure my wrist before buying?

Q: Is the bracelet adjustable, and can the charms be removed?
A: Adjustability and removable charms are not confirmed in the product information. If either feature is important to you, please contact A Retro Tale for clarification before purchasing.

Q: How should I clean and store this bracelet?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. As the material is unspecified, avoid abrasive polishing products and chemical cleaners. Store it separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery compartment to minimise rubbing and scratches.

Q: Can I wear this bracelet in the shower or while swimming?
A: Water resistance is not confirmed. As a precaution, remove it before showering, swimming or exercising, and avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions and cleaning chemicals.

Q: Does it come with an original box or pouch?
A: An original box, pouch or other accompanying items are not specified in the product information. Please contact A Retro Tale to confirm what is included before purchasing.
