Q: What typically fits inside the Fendi O'Lock Phone Holder?
A: It is designed for a smartphone and flat essentials. The three card slots on the back hold your most-used cards; the slim interior suits a phone and perhaps a folded note. Bulky items like chunky keys or lip balm may distort the shape. Please refer to the Measurements on this page (approx. 22 × 12 × 1 cm) to gauge capacity.

Q: Will it fit large smartphones?
A: Most large-screen smartphones fit comfortably. If your device uses a thick protective case or a grip/PopSocket, you may need to remove it for a smooth slide. Compare your phone’s dimensions with the Measurements and allow a little clearance for seams and the suede lining.

Q: Is the strap adjustable or removable?
A: This piece features a fixed leather strap designed to be worn crossbody, with an approximate drop of 52 cm. It is not designed to be detached.

Q: How does the pouch close?
A: This O'Lock phone holder has an open-top design for quick access. For added peace of mind, place the screen facing inward when worn.

Q: What are the materials and key features?
A: Metallic gold leather exterior, brown suede lining and gold-tone hardware. It includes three external card slots on the back and is crafted in Italy.

Q: How should I care for metallic leather and suede lining?
A: Keep it dry and away from heat and direct light. Avoid contact with oils, perfumes, hand sanitisers and solvents. For the suede lining, avoid water and gently brush with a suede brush to lift the nap. To minimise colour transfer, avoid prolonged friction against dark denim or other dye-shedding garments. Store loosely stuffed in a breathable dust bag when not in use.

Q: What condition notes should I be aware of on this item?
A: External condition is Good with scuffed edges on the front logo. The interior is Good with some marks on the lining. Hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please review the photos for the full picture.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: Everything included is listed in the product information on this page. If an item such as a dust bag or box is not listed there, it is not included.

Q: Is it authentic?
A: Every piece at A Retro Tale is carefully authenticated by our in-house experts using multi-point checks of materials, stitching, stamps and hardware. We stand behind the authenticity of all items we sell and can provide additional details on request.
