Q: Do these earrings require pierced ears?
A: No. This pair uses a clip-on fastening, so it is designed to be worn without ear piercings.

Q: What size are they?
A: They measure approximately 5 cm in height, 2.5 cm in width, and 0.7 cm in depth. This gives them a noticeable statement look while remaining fairly slim from the side.

Q: What are the main design details?
A: These vintage earrings feature silver-tone hardware, a Medusa head motif, and a dangling medallion with black enamel. They are made in Italy and have a bold, recognisable Versace look.

Q: What are they made from?
A: They are a vintage metal clip-on style with silver-tone hardware and enamel detailing. The exact base metal is not specified in the product information.

Q: Are clip-on earrings comfortable to wear?
A: Comfort can vary from person to person. Clip-ons are designed to sit securely without piercings, but vintage pairs can feel firmer after several hours. If you are new to clip-ons, try wearing them for shorter periods first.

Q: Are they suitable for sensitive ears?
A: Because this is a vintage piece and the exact metal composition is not listed, we cannot guarantee that it will suit very sensitive skin. If you are sensitive to metal, it is best to wear them cautiously.

Q: What condition are they in?
A: They are listed in very good vintage condition with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny and shows light surface scratches consistent with gentle wear.

Q: What is included with the earrings?
A: This pair is sold without any listed included extras such as an original box, pouch, or authenticity card.

Q: How should I care for them?
A: To help preserve the finish, wipe them gently with a soft dry cloth after wear and keep them away from water, perfume, hairspray, lotions, and prolonged humidity. Store them separately in a dry place to help protect the enamel and metal finish.

Q: How do you check authenticity?
A: At A Retro Tale, vintage items are reviewed by specialists using a multi-point assessment of materials, construction, hardware, markings, and overall design consistency. If you would like more product information before purchasing, you are welcome to contact us.
