Q: What are the dimensions of the Chanel CC Caviar Business Bag?
A: The bag measures 37 cm wide × 28 cm high × 7 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 6 cm.

Q: Will this bag fit my laptop?
A: Laptop compatibility has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Its external dimensions are 37 × 28 × 7 cm, but the usable interior and opening will be smaller. Compare your laptop and sleeve measurements, and contact us to confirm the fit before purchasing.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap?
A: Yes, a shoulder strap is included in the product information. The strap length is not specified, so crossbody suitability cannot be confirmed.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor signs of wear on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a dust bag, authenticity card, shoulder strap and serial number tag. A box is not listed.

Q: What colour is the bag, and where was it made?
A: This Chanel CC Caviar Business Bag is black, and its country of origin is listed as Italy.

Q: Can I use this bag for work?
A: Its business-bag format and slim dimensions make it worth considering for work essentials. Check the measurements against what you normally carry, particularly documents and electronic devices, and avoid overfilling the bag to help preserve its shape.

Q: How should I clean and protect this bag?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish, and keep it away from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Seek specialist advice for stains rather than experimenting with household cleaners.

Q: How should I store this bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in the included dust bag, away from direct sunlight and heat. Lightly fill it with tissue paper to support its shape, and wrap the shoulder strap in tissue paper so it does not press against or mark the leather.
