Q: What size is this Chanel Wallet on Chain?
A: It measures 20 cm wide, 13 cm high and 4 cm deep. It is a compact bag designed for essentials rather than larger everyday items.

Q: What can I fit inside?
A: It is best suited to a phone, cards, keys and a few small items. Whether a particular phone fits depends on its dimensions and case; avoid overfilling the bag to help preserve its shape.

Q: Can I wear it crossbody?
A: The listed strap measurement is 60 cm. Where the bag sits will depend on your height and how you wear it, so compare that measurement with a strap you already own.

Q: What does caviar leather mean?
A: Caviar refers to Chanel’s textured, pebbled leather. Its grain gives it a different look and feel from smooth lambskin, although it should still be handled with care.

Q: What colour is this bag?
A: This particular Wallet on Chain is black.

Q: What condition is it in?
A: It is listed in Very Good Condition. The exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware is shiny with light scratches.

Q: What comes with the bag?
A: The product information lists a box, an authenticity card and a serial number tag. No other accessories are specified.

Q: Where was it made?
A: The country of origin recorded for this bag is France.

Q: Does the serial number alone prove authenticity?
A: No. This bag has a recorded serial number, but a serial number or authenticity card should not be treated as conclusive proof on its own. Assessment of a second-hand bag also involves examining the item itself.

Q: How should I care for it?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth, avoid care products that could affect the finish, and keep it away from prolonged sunlight and moisture. Store it without overfilling it, and protect the leather from pressure or rubbing against the chain.
