Q: What size is the Chanel CC Cruise Line No.5 Tote Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 43 cm wide, 30 cm high and 12 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 23 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this tote?
A: Its dimensions suggest room for everyday essentials such as a purse, phone, keys, a small cosmetics pouch and a book. Actual capacity depends on the interior layout and how you pack; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your device and its sleeve with the listed dimensions of 43 × 30 × 12 cm, allowing for a smaller usable interior and the opening. Contact A Retro Tale for confirmation before buying it specifically to carry a laptop.

Q: Can this tote be carried over the shoulder?
A: The listed handle measurement is 23 cm, which may allow shoulder carrying depending on your build and clothing. No separate shoulder strap is documented in the product information.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Good Condition. The exterior has stains, wear and fraying on the corners, plus wear on the leather handle. The interior has stains and pen marks. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This particular tote is listed as navy, with Italy recorded as its country of origin.

Q: Does it come with a dust bag, box or authenticity card?
A: No included items are specified in the product information. Please contact A Retro Tale to confirm what accompanies this bag before purchasing.

Q: How should I clean and store this Chanel tote?
A: Chanel recommends gentle care with a soft cloth, avoiding products that could damage the finish. Keep the bag away from prolonged sunlight and moisture, avoid overfilling it, and store it upright in a protective pouch. For the existing stains and pen marks, seek advice from a Chanel boutique or a specialist handbag cleaner rather than attempting aggressive cleaning.

Q: Can the serial number confirm this bag's production year?
A: No serial number is supplied in the product information, so a production year cannot be confirmed from the available details. Dates attached to other Cruise Line No.5 totes should not be assumed to apply to this piece.
