Q: How should I care for the denim and strass embellishments?
A: Handle the bag gently, avoid overfilling it and protect it from prolonged sunlight and moisture. Avoid rubbing the embellishments or applying cleaning products without specialist advice. For the existing stains, consult a Chanel boutique or a specialist handbag restorer rather than attempting aggressive cleaning at home.

Q: How should I store it, and can colour transfer occur?
A: Store the bag in its dust bag, lightly filled with tissue paper to help preserve its shape, with the strap positioned so it does not press against the embellishments. Avoid prolonged contact between light and dark materials to reduce the risk of colour transfer onto the bag or your clothing.
