ChanelCC Suede Full Flap Bag

Q: What material and colour is this Chanel CC Suede Full Flap Bag?
A: This bag is brown suede, with a soft, napped finish.

Q: What are the bag’s dimensions?
A: It measures 19 cm wide, 11 cm high and 5 cm deep. The strap measurement is listed as 36 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its compact dimensions make it best suited to small essentials, such as a slim cardholder, keys and a lipstick. Phone fit depends on your device and case; compare their dimensions with the bag’s measurements and allow for less usable space inside. Avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: It is listed as a shoulder bag. Crossbody suitability is not confirmed, and the listed 36 cm strap measurement does not specify whether it is the total length or drop. Ask for clarification before purchasing if crossbody wear is important to you.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing on the corners and edges, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does it come with a dust bag, box or authenticity card?
A: No accessories are included, as stated in the product information. This includes no dust bag, box or authenticity card.

Q: Can I use this suede bag in the rain?
A: It is best kept away from rain and moisture, as water can mark suede or alter its texture. If it gets wet, gently blot it with a clean, absorbent, non-pilling cloth rather than rubbing, then let it dry naturally away from direct heat.

Q: How should I clean and store this bag?
A: For light surface dust, gently use a suede brush on dry suede, working in one direction without heavy pressure. Avoid ordinary leather creams, oils and water-based cleaning. Seek advice from Chanel or a suede-care specialist before using sprays or treating stains. Store the bag upright in a breathable dust bag, away from sunlight and moisture, with any straps protected from pressing against the suede. A dust bag is not included.

Q: Where was this bag made, and is its production year known?
A: The country of origin is listed as France. No serial number or production year is provided, so its exact age cannot be confirmed from the available product information.
