Q: How big is this Chanel Classic Caviar Wallet On Chain?
A: This bag measures approximately 19 cm wide, 13 cm high and 4 cm deep. It is a compact style intended for essentials rather than a full-sized handbag.

Q: What can I fit inside?
A: It is best suited to cards, a slim phone, keys and a small item such as a lipstick. Capacity depends on the size of your belongings; a bulky purse or sunglasses case may be too large.

Q: Will my phone fit?
A: Many slim phones may fit, but a large phone or thick case could make the bag difficult to close. Compare your phone’s dimensions with the bag’s 19 × 13 × 4 cm exterior measurements, allowing for less space inside.

Q: Can I wear it crossbody?
A: Yes, the Wallet On Chain is designed for hands-free wear. The listed strap measurement is 62 cm; where the bag sits will depend on your height and how you wear the chain.

Q: What is caviar leather?
A: Caviar is the name commonly used for Chanel’s textured, grained leather. Its pebbled surface tends to show minor scratches less readily than smooth leather, although it should still be handled with care.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is listed in Very Good Condition, with light traces of use to both the exterior and interior. The hardware is shiny with light scratches.

Q: What comes with the bag?
A: The listed accessories are a dust bag and a serial number tag. A box and authenticity card are not listed; please check the product information for everything included.

Q: Is the bag authentic?
A: A Retro Tale authenticates the items it sells. This bag’s product information also records a serial number, but the serial number alone should not be treated as proof of authenticity.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The product information lists Italy as its country of origin.

Q: How should I care for and store it?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid harsh care products, prolonged sunlight and moisture. Store it upright in its dust bag, with the chain wrapped separately in tissue to help prevent impressions on the leather.
