Q: What are the measurements of this Chanel Classic Medium Double Flap Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 25 cm wide, 16 cm high and 6.5 cm deep. It is the medium version of the Classic Double Flap.

Q: What typically fits inside the medium Classic Double Flap?
A: It generally accommodates essentials such as a phone, cardholder, keys and lipstick. The inner flap takes up some space, so a compact wallet is more practical than a bulky purse. Capacity depends on the size of your belongings; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: What does double flap mean?
A: Double flap refers to the outer flap and a second inner flap covering the main compartment. Both flaps need to be opened to access the main storage area.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: The Classic Medium Double Flap can be carried on the shoulder with its chain doubled for a shorter length or extended for a longer length. Crossbody wear may be possible, but the bag can sit relatively high depending on your height and build, so a comfortable crossbody fit is not guaranteed.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor creasing and light marks on the leather, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: When was this Chanel bag made?
A: The product information dates this bag to 2018–2019 and lists its partially concealed serial number as 26******.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This bag is black, and its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a dust bag, authenticity card and serial number tag. A box is not listed among the included items.

Q: How should I care for the leather?
A: Gently wipe the bag with a soft cloth and avoid care products that could alter its finish. Keep it away from prolonged sunlight, humidity, perfume and cosmetics. If it gets wet, carefully pat the affected area dry with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth.

Q: How should I store this Double Flap bag?
A: Store it upright in its dust bag, away from prolonged light and humidity. Wrap the chain with tissue paper to help prevent contact marks, and avoid overfilling the bag to preserve its shape.
