Q: What are the bag’s dimensions?
A: The bag measures approximately 42 cm wide, 24 cm high and 9 cm deep. These measurements provide a useful guide when comparing it with your everyday essentials.

Q: Can this bag be worn over the shoulder?
A: The listed strap measurement is 26 cm. Shoulder fit will depend on your build and clothing, particularly when wearing a thick coat; check this measurement against a bag you already find comfortable.

Q: Will this tote fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your laptop and its sleeve with the bag’s external dimensions of 42 × 24 × 9 cm, allowing for less usable space inside and at the opening. Dimensions alone do not guarantee a fit, and the bag should not be overfilled.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What are the bag’s dimensions?
A: The bag measures approximately 42 cm wide, 24 cm high and 9 cm deep. These measurements provide a useful guide when comparing it with your everyday essentials.

Q: Can this bag be worn over the shoulder?

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor scuffs on the corners and slight wear to the strap. The interior is also rated Very Good, with light stains. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What is included with this bag?

Q: Where was this Chanel tote made?
A: The country-of-origin information identifies this bag as made in Italy.

Q: How should I clean and protect the patent finish?
A: Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish, and keep the bag away from perfume, make-up and other chemicals. Minimise prolonged contact with dark materials to reduce the risk of dye transfer. If it gets wet, gently pat it dry with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth rather than rubbing.

Q: How should I store the bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in its dust bag, away from prolonged sunlight and humidity. Lightly fill it with tissue paper to support its shape, and wrap the straps in tissue paper so they do not mark the surface. Avoid overfilling the bag during use.
