Q: What size is this Chanel Vertical Quilted Mademoiselle Tote Bag?
A: This is the medium variant, measuring approximately 31 cm wide × 26 cm high × 15 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 28 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this tote?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys, a small cosmetics pouch and a compact notebook. Actual capacity depends on the interior layout and how you pack; avoid overfilling the bag to help preserve its shape.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop compatibility has not been confirmed for this item. Compare your device and its sleeve with the bag’s external measurements of 31 × 26 × 15 cm, allowing for less usable space inside. External dimensions alone do not guarantee a comfortable fit.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What size is this Chanel Vertical Quilted Mademoiselle Tote Bag?
A: This is the medium variant, measuring approximately 31 cm wide × 26 cm high × 15 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 28 cm.

Q: What colour is the bag, and where was it made?
A: This bag is black, and its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is in good condition overall. The exterior has rubbing on the corners, scratches on the leather and scuffs on the base. The interior is in good condition with light signs of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with an authenticity card, box or dust bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. An authenticity card, box and dust bag are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: What is the serial number for this bag?
A: The recorded serial number is 10275373. A serial number alone is not sufficient to establish a bag’s authenticity.

Q: How should I care for the leather and protect it from rain?
A: Gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish. Keep the bag away from prolonged sunlight and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully blot it dry with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Seek specialist advice before treating the existing scratches or scuffs.

Q: How should I store this tote when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in a suitable protective pouch, away from direct light and moisture. Protect any straps or chains with tissue paper to prevent them from marking the leather, and avoid compressing or overfilling the bag.
