Q: What colour and design is this Christian Dior CD Horn Necklace?
A: This vintage necklace features silver-tone metal and a pink horn pendant with Dior Trotter detailing. An integrated Dior logo on the chain completes the design.

Q: What is the necklace made from?
A: The product information describes silver-tone metal, but does not specify the metal alloy or the pendant’s exact material. Silver-tone describes the colour of the finish, not confirmed sterling silver content. The model name does not establish that the pendant is made from natural horn.

Q: How long is the necklace, and is it adjustable?
A: The necklace has an adjustable lobster clasp fastening. Its perimeter is recorded as 40 in the product information, but the measurement unit and adjustment range are not specified. Please contact A Retro Tale to confirm the length and fit before purchasing.

Q: What condition is this necklace in?
A: This pre-owned necklace is in very good condition, with light marks and scratches throughout the material. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs for a closer look at its appearance.

Q: Has this necklace been authenticated?
A: Yes. Its authenticity has been checked and certified by Kathrine, A Retro Tale’s jewellery expert, who has 20 years of experience in vintage and luxury jewellery.

Q: Where was this necklace made?
A: This necklace was made in Germany, according to the product information.

Q: Does this necklace come with an original box or pouch?
A: No accessories are included, so an original box or pouch is not supplied. Please refer to the product information for details of what is included.

Q: Can I wear this necklace in the shower or while swimming?
A: As a precaution, remove it before showering or swimming, as its water resistance is not confirmed. Avoid direct contact with perfume, creams, soap and detergents to help preserve its finish.

Q: How should I clean and store this vintage necklace?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid soaking it, abrasive cleaners and polishing treatments while its exact materials remain unconfirmed. Store it separately in a dry, soft-lined compartment or pouch to help prevent scratches and tangling.
