Q: What are the measurements of this Medium Lady Dior bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 24 cm wide × 20 cm high × 10 cm deep. These are the measurements for this specific pre-owned piece; other Lady Dior editions may differ.

Q: What can I fit inside the bag?
A: The medium size is suited to everyday essentials such as a phone, compact wallet, keys and small cosmetics. Sunglasses may also fit, depending on their case and how you pack. Check your belongings against the listed dimensions, as usable interior space is smaller than the exterior measurements.

Q: Can this bag hold a laptop?
A: At 24 cm wide and 20 cm high, this bag is not a practical choice for most laptops or A4 documents. It is better suited to personal essentials than a full work kit.

Q: Can I carry it on my shoulder or crossbody?
A: A shoulder strap is included, giving you an alternative to carrying the bag by its top handles. Crossbody suitability is not confirmed for this particular piece and will depend on the strap's reach and your preferred fit; do not assume it has the same strap as current Lady Dior models.

Q: Is the Medium Lady Dior suitable for everyday use?
A: It can be a useful everyday handbag if you carry a compact selection of essentials. For this pre-owned leather piece, avoid overpacking and take care around rough surfaces to help limit further marks and corner rubbing.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has slight rubbing on the corners and minor marks on the leather. The interior shows light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a box, dust bag, shoulder strap and booklet as included. An authenticity card is not listed among the included items.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This Lady Dior is black, and the country of origin is listed as France. The condition notes identify a leather exterior, but the specific leather type is not stated in the product information.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Keep it away from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture, and gently remove surface dust with a soft, dry cloth. Store it upright in the included dust bag with light interior support, without stretching or overstuffing it. Avoid applying cleaners or conditioners until their suitability for the exact leather and finish has been confirmed by Dior or a leather-care specialist.
