FendiLarge Peekaboo X-Lite Bag

Q: What fits inside the Fendi Large Peekaboo X-Lite Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 43 × 31 × 12 cm, this is a roomy large-size bag that can typically hold daily essentials such as a long wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses case, cosmetics pouch, notebook and other larger items for work or day-to-day use. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for the exact dimensions of this item.

Q: Is this bag suitable for everyday use?
A: Yes. The Peekaboo X-Lite line is known for its spacious interior and lighter, more relaxed construction compared with more structured Peekaboo styles, making it a strong option for everyday wear if you prefer a larger designer bag.

Q: How is the bag carried?
A: This item has a top handle with an approximate handle drop of 14 cm, so it is best suited to hand or arm carry. No detachable shoulder strap is listed in the product information for this specific bag.

Q: Does the bag close securely?
A: The Peekaboo X-Lite style is designed with Fendi’s signature turn-lock closure and an open, easy-access silhouette. It offers everyday practicality, but like many Peekaboo styles it is not as fully enclosed as a zip-top tote, so it is best to keep valuables organised inside.

Q: Is the Large Peekaboo X-Lite heavy or structured?
A: The X-Lite version is appreciated for having a softer and lighter feel than more rigid Peekaboo versions. In the large size, it still offers a substantial presence and generous capacity, so it works well if you prefer a spacious bag with a relaxed silhouette rather than a very compact shape.

Q: What is the condition of this specific item?
A: This bag is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior shows light traces of use, the interior has a minor tear, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. As this is a vintage or pre-owned item, gentle signs of wear are normal and form part of its character.

Q: What accessories are included?
A: This item includes a dust bag. Everything included with the purchase is shown in the product information; if an accessory is not listed there, it is not included with this piece.

Q: How should I care for a pre-owned Fendi leather bag like this?
A: We recommend storing it in its dust bag, lightly stuffed to help maintain shape, and keeping it away from prolonged direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid overfilling, especially given the soft construction and the noted interior wear on this particular item.

Q: Is this bag authentic?
A: Yes. At A Retro Tale, all items are carefully vetted for authenticity by in-house experts. Authentication is assessed through brand-specific details such as materials, construction, hardware, stamps and overall craftsmanship.

Q: What makes the Peekaboo X-Lite popular?
A: Shoppers are often drawn to the Peekaboo X-Lite for its iconic Fendi turn-lock design, relaxed luxury feel, spacious interior and elegant balance between structure and softness. The large size is especially popular with those who want a statement bag that is also practical.
