A: This bag measures 31 cm wide, 23 cm high and 13 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 9 cm.

Q: What colour and materials does this bag have?
A: This bag is burgundy, with a leather exterior and a bamboo handle. The specific leather type is not stated in the product information.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has scratches on the leather and wear on the bamboo handle. The interior shows light signs of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap?
A: A shoulder strap is not listed in the product information, so shoulder or crossbody carrying cannot be confirmed for this particular item. Please contact A Retro Tale before purchasing if a strap is essential to you.

Q: What is included with this bag?

Q: Where was this Gucci Lady Lock Bamboo Bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as Italy.

Q: How should I clean and protect the leather?
A: Gucci recommends gently wiping leather with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth. Avoid cleaning or protective products that could alter the finish, and keep the bag away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and rough surfaces. If it gets wet, gently dry it immediately with a soft cloth.

Q: How should I store the bag and care for its bamboo handle?
A: Store it in the included dust bag with light tissue-paper stuffing to help maintain its shape, and avoid placing other items on top. Gucci recommends using its supplied plastic bands to maintain bamboo-handle shape, but these are not listed for this item. If you are concerned about the handle’s shape or existing wear, seek advice from Gucci rather than attempting to reshape it yourself.
