Q: What are the dimensions of this Gucci Perforated Jackie Shoulder Bag?
A: The bag measures approximately 27 cm wide, 14 cm high and 6 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 28 cm; this should not be interpreted as the handle drop.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its compact dimensions make it best suited to small everyday essentials, such as a phone, a slim wallet, keys and lipstick. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and the usable interior space, so compare your essentials with the measurements before purchasing.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: This item is listed as a shoulder bag. No separate long strap or strap measurement is recorded in the product information, so crossbody wear should not be assumed. Shoulder fit will depend on your build and clothing.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs for a closer look at the wear.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: A pouch is listed in the product information. A box, dust bag, authenticity card and additional shoulder strap are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: The product information identifies this bag as black and lists its country of origin as Italy.

Q: How should I clean and care for this bag?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth. Avoid cleaning or protective products, as these can alter the finish or cause stains. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and rough surfaces. If it gets wet, gently dry it promptly with a soft cloth. For stains or material-specific treatment, seek advice from Gucci before applying any product.

Q: How should I store the bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it in a suitable soft dust bag to help protect it from scratches, and avoid placing other items on top. Keep it away from direct heat and humidity. A dust bag is not listed in the product information for this item and may need to be supplied separately.
