Q: What size is this Hermès Hac à Dos PM?
A: This bag measures 18 cm wide, 28 cm high and 7 cm deep. PM is the compact size, suited to carrying everyday essentials rather than a large work or travel load.

Q: What will fit inside?
A: It is best suited to items such as a phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses and a few small personal essentials. What fits will depend on their individual sizes and how you pack them.

Q: Will it fit a laptop or tablet?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Given its 18 × 28 × 7 cm exterior dimensions, we recommend comparing your device with the measurements and allowing room for the bag's opening and interior.

Q: How can the Hac à Dos be worn?
A: The design has an adjustable strap and can be worn on the back, over one shoulder or across the body. Adjust the strap to find the most comfortable fit.

Q: How does the bag close?
A: The Hac à Dos design has a flap, front straps and a turn clasp inspired by the Hermès Haut à Courroies. It offers a more considered opening than a zip-top backpack.

Q: What is Togo leather like?
A: Togo is a supple, grained calfskin with a matt appearance. Its natural grain, veins and wrinkles can vary, and the leather may soften further with use.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: It is listed in Very Good condition. The exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does it come with a box, dust bag or other accessories?
A: No additional accessories are listed for this item. Check the product information for what is included; do not assume that a box, dust bag, lock or keys accompany the bag.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The product information lists France as its country of origin.

Q: How should I care for the leather?
A: Keep it away from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture, and avoid overfilling it. If it gets wet, gently blot it with a soft, lint-free cloth. Store it in a dry place away from light, with gentle stuffing to help retain its shape; avoid applying commercial leather treatments without specialist advice.
