Louis Vuitton2007s That's Love Tote Bag

Q: What makes the Louis Vuitton That’s Love Tote special?
A: This is a vintage Louis Vuitton piece from the 2007 That’s Love line, a playful Marc Jacobs-era design known for its satin body and eye-catching sequin embellishment. It is a distinctive statement tote that stands out from Louis Vuitton’s more classic canvas styles.

Q: What typically fits inside this bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 35 × 32 × 8 cm, it is well suited to daily essentials such as a long wallet, phone, sunglasses, keys, a cosmetics pouch, and a small water bottle. It can also accommodate A4 documents, and a slim 13-inch laptop may fit depending on the exact shape and whether it is in a sleeve.

Q: Can this tote be carried on the shoulder?
A: Yes. With an approximate strap drop of 22 cm, this style is generally comfortable to wear on the shoulder over lighter clothing. Over bulky coats or knitwear, the fit may feel a little closer.

Q: Does this bag have a closure or pockets?
A: This specific bag has an open top and one internal pocket. The open design makes it easy to reach your essentials, while the internal pocket is useful for smaller items you want to keep separate.

Q: Is this a practical everyday bag or more of an occasion piece?
A: It can be used day to day, but because it is made in satin with sequin embellishments, many buyers prefer it for lighter use, evenings out, travel, or occasions when they want a more expressive vintage look rather than a heavy-duty work bag.

Q: How should I care for a vintage satin and sequin Louis Vuitton bag?
A: Handle it gently and avoid rain, rough surfaces, heavy friction, and prolonged direct sunlight. It is best stored lightly filled to help maintain shape and kept in a breathable dust bag or cotton storage bag. For routine care, use a soft dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners or sprays.

Q: Will the sequins catch on clothing?
A: They can. Like most sequin bags, this style is best kept away from delicate fabrics such as loose knits, lace, or fine silk, as embellishments may rub or catch. It is usually safest with smoother fabrics and careful wear.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: According to the listing, it is in Very Good condition with light traces of use externally and internally. The hardware is described as shiny with light scratches, which is consistent with gentle vintage wear.

Q: What is included with the bag?
A: This listing is noted as having no accompanying items. Everything included with the purchase is reflected in the product information for this specific listing.

Q: What does the code FO0027 tell me?
A: On Louis Vuitton bags from this era, the code is used to indicate production details such as period and factory reference, but it is not a unique serial number and should never be used on its own to confirm authenticity. For pre-owned Louis Vuitton, the best approach is to assess the full product information, materials, construction, and overall craftsmanship together.
