Louis VuittonDamier Ebene Saleya PM Bag

Q: What are the key measurements of this Louis Vuitton Saleya PM?
A: This bag measures approximately 36 x 24 x 14 cm, with a handle drop of 17 cm. Because the Saleya PM has a slightly flared shape, the top opening feels roomier than the base. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for the exact dimensions of this item.

Q: What typically fits inside this size?
A: This PM size is best suited to daily essentials such as a wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, a small cosmetics pouch, and a small water bottle. It may also suit a compact tablet or e-reader. A4 papers and most laptops are not recommended if you want them to fit flat and comfortably.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder?
A: It is designed mainly for hand carry or carrying in the crook of the arm. With a 17 cm handle drop, some buyers may be able to wear it on the shoulder over light layers, but it is not a roomy shoulder tote and there is no detachable shoulder strap listed in the product information.

Q: Does it have a secure closure and internal pockets?
A: Yes. This model has a top zip closure and internal pockets, which help keep essentials more secure and organised than an open tote.

Q: What materials and details does this bag feature?
A: This Saleya PM is crafted in Damier Ebene coated canvas with brown leather trim and brass hardware. It also features dual handles and a red interior lining with internal pockets.

Q: What is the condition of this specific bag?
A: This piece is in Very Good condition overall. The exterior shows light scuffing on the corners, the interior has light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: This item comes with a dust bag. Everything included with the purchase is listed in the product information, so if another item is not mentioned there, it is not included with this specific piece.

Q: How should I care for Damier Ebene coated canvas?
A: Wipe the coated canvas gently with a soft damp cloth; a little mild soapy water can be used if needed. Avoid perfume, alcohol-based products, oils, leather creams, and harsh cleaners. Store the bag in its dust bag, lightly stuffed, away from heat, humidity, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Q: How do you authenticate this bag?
A: Every item sold by A Retro Tale is authenticated by in-house experts. A Retro Tale also states that it works with an international network of independent suppliers as part of a two-step screening process for added assurance.
