Q: What are the dimensions of this Louis Vuitton Porte Document Voyage bag?
A: This bag measures 41 cm wide × 30 cm high × 6 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 13 cm.

Q: Will this bag fit my laptop?
A: Laptop compatibility has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your laptop’s dimensions, including any protective sleeve, with the bag’s external measurements of 41 × 30 × 6 cm. The usable interior space will be smaller, so please ask for confirmation before purchasing if laptop fit is essential.

Q: Is this bag suitable for work and business travel?
A: The Porte Document Voyage is a briefcase-style business bag. Its slim proportions make it an option for carrying documents and everyday work essentials, rather than bulky overnight belongings. Capacity will depend on the size and quantity of the items you pack.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap?
A: A shoulder strap is not listed in the product information. Do not assume one is included or that this particular bag supports an attachable strap. Please ask for confirmation if shoulder carry is important to you.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is graded Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, so some signs of previous wear should be expected.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a name tag, padlock and key. A box, dust bag and shoulder strap are not listed as included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin for this particular bag is listed as France.

Q: How should I clean the Damier Graphite canvas?
A: Louis Vuitton recommends gently cleaning canvas with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water, avoiding printed portions. Do not use leather lotions, mink oil, harsh cleaners or other chemical treatments on the canvas, and limit contact with rough surfaces to reduce abrasion.
