Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Delightful PM?
A: This bag measures 39 cm wide × 28 cm high × 12 cm deep. Please use these item-specific measurements when comparing it with other bags.

Q: Is the Monogram Delightful PM made from leather?
A: The patterned body is made from Louis Vuitton Monogram coated canvas, rather than leather. The shoulder strap and trim are natural cowhide leather.

Q: Can the Delightful PM be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: The Delightful PM is designed for shoulder carry using its single leather strap, rather than as a crossbody bag. Shoulder fit will vary depending on your build and clothing. No additional strap is included with this item.

Q: What can I fit inside the Delightful PM?
A: Its roomy shape should accommodate everyday essentials such as a purse, phone, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. Capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them. Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this item, so compare your device and its case with the listed measurements before purchasing.

Q: Is the Delightful PM comfortable for everyday use?
A: Its relaxed shape and broad shoulder strap make it a practical option for everyday shoulder carry. However, comfort and whether the strap stays in place vary between wearers and depend on clothing and the weight carried.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is in Very Good Condition. The canvas has minor marks, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included with this bag, as stated in the product information.

Q: How should I care for the Monogram canvas and leather trim?
A: Gently clean the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water, keeping the leather trim dry. Avoid oils, alcohol-based products and harsh cleaners. The natural leather will darken with use; if it gets wet, blot it promptly with a light-coloured, lint-free absorbent cloth. Do not use leather lotions or home remedies to remove stains.
