Q: Is the Louis Vuitton Monogram Empreinte Bagatelle made from leather or canvas?
A: This beige Bagatelle is made from Monogram Empreinte leather, with the Louis Vuitton Monogram embossed into the surface rather than printed onto coated canvas.

Q: What are the measurements of this bag?
A: This bag measures 33 cm in width and 13.5 cm in depth. A height measurement is not provided in the product information, so these are not complete dimensions.

Q: Is this Bagatelle suitable for everyday use, and will it fit a laptop?
A: The classic Bagatelle is a spacious style intended for everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this item. As the height is not listed, please ask for complete measurements before buying it to carry a particular device.

Q: Can this bag be worn over the shoulder or crossbody?
A: A shoulder strap is included, allowing shoulder carrying. Crossbody suitability has not been confirmed for this item and will depend on the strap length and your preferred fit.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing and small marks on the corners, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a dust bag and a shoulder strap as included. A box and authenticity card are not listed as included.

Q: Does the classic Bagatelle have a zip fastening and internal pockets?
A: The classic Monogram Empreinte Bagatelle tote has an open-top design rather than a full zip fastening across the main opening. This model features an internal zipped pocket and slip pockets for organising smaller belongings; it should not be confused with the smaller, zip-fastening Bagatelle versions.

Q: How should I clean and store the Empreinte leather?
A: For surface marks, gently wipe with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water, without soaking the leather. Avoid commercial cleaners, oils, perfumes and hand sanitisers. Store the bag in its dust bag away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. For persistent stains or damage, seek advice from Louis Vuitton or a specialist rather than applying cleaning treatments at home.
