Q: What are the dimensions of this City Tote?
A: It measures approximately 35 cm wide, 40 cm high and 13 cm deep. The recorded handle measurement is 13 cm.

Q: What can I carry in it?
A: Its generous size makes it suitable for everyday essentials, A4 documents and a small laptop, depending on how you pack it. Compare the dimensions of anything you plan to carry with the bag’s measurements before purchasing.

Q: Will my laptop fit?
A: A 13-inch laptop may fit, but this depends on the device’s actual dimensions and the usable opening. A dedicated padded laptop compartment is not confirmed, so we recommend using a protective sleeve and contacting us if you need a fit check.

Q: Does it come with a detachable shoulder strap?
A: No separate strap is listed as included with this bag. Although a strap measurement is recorded in the product data, please contact us to confirm this particular bag’s carrying options if a shoulder strap is important to you.

Q: What is Taigarama?
A: Taigarama is Louis Vuitton’s combination of textured Taiga leather and Monogram coated canvas. This City Tote is listed in black.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: It is in good pre-owned condition. The exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Are a dust bag, box or other accessories included?
A: No accessories are listed as included with this bag. Please check the product information for what accompanies this specific item.

Q: How should I care for the bag?
A: Keep it away from prolonged sunlight, heat, moisture and abrasive surfaces. If it becomes wet or lightly soiled, gently blot the surface with a soft, light-coloured, lint-free cloth. Avoid soaps, solvents and harsh cleaners.

Q: Where was this bag made, and how is it authenticated?
A: This bag’s country-of-origin label states France. A Retro Tale’s experts examine details such as materials, stitching, handles and other construction features when authenticating its items; a serial number alone should not be treated as proof of authenticity.
