Q: What will this Prada Tessuto Cargo Phone Case fit?
A: This is a very compact vintage piece measuring approximately 8.5 x 6.5 x 1.5 cm. It features a rubber phone holder and a small zipped compartment, so it is best suited to very small essentials. Phone fit will depend on your handset’s exact size and thickness, so we recommend comparing your phone to the measurements shown on this page.

Q: Can it be worn hands-free?
A: Yes. This piece has a single flat woven strap with a listed measurement of 45 cm, making it suitable for hands-free wear. How it sits will vary depending on your height and styling preference, so it is helpful to compare that measurement with a bag you already own.

Q: Does it close securely?
A: Yes. The case has a zip closure for the pouch section, while the rubber holder is designed to keep a phone in place. As with most compact vintage accessories, it is best not to overfill it.

Q: What is Tessuto?
A: Tessuto refers to Prada’s nylon fabric construction, which is known for being lightweight and practical. On this piece, it is finished in black with silver-tone hardware for a classic Prada look.

Q: What condition is this item in?
A: This phone case is in very good vintage condition. The exterior and interior both show light traces of use, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches.

Q: What is included with the purchase?
A: This item comes with a box. Everything included with the purchase is listed in the product information.

Q: How should I care for a vintage nylon phone case?
A: Gently wipe the nylon with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaning products. Keep it away from excessive heat, heavy rain, and prolonged direct sunlight, and store it carefully when not in use to help preserve the shape and finish.

Q: Is this a good everyday piece?
A: It works best as a compact, hands-free accessory for carrying the bare minimum. If you need space for larger daily essentials, it may feel too small, so it is ideal for light use, events, or occasions when you only want to carry a few items.

Q: Is this item authentic?
A: A Retro Tale specialises in authentic luxury vintage pieces, and each item is checked before being listed for sale.
