A: This vintage Prada Tessuto Hobo Bag is crafted in black nylon with black leather trim, finished with silver-tone hardware. It also features a tonal jacquard lining and a flap closure with a hook clasp.

Q: What typically fits inside this bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 30 x 27 x 8.5 cm, it is well suited to daily essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, a small cosmetics pouch and other compact items. It can also suit a small tablet or e-reader, but it is not the best choice for larger laptops or very bulky items.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: This style is designed as a shoulder bag rather than a crossbody. The strap drop is approximately 21 cm, which makes it comfortable to carry on the shoulder for most people.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: The bag is in good vintage condition overall. There are light traces of use, some marks and scratches on the leather, a clean interior with light wear, and shiny hardware with light surface scratches. Please refer to the product images and condition notes for the clearest view of its current state.

Q: Is Prada Tessuto nylon durable for everyday use?
A: Yes, Prada’s Tessuto nylon is popular because it is lightweight and practical for regular use. It is generally easier to live with than many delicate leathers, but as this is a vintage item, we still recommend avoiding overfilling it and treating the leather trim and corners with care.

Q: How should I care for this vintage Prada nylon bag?
A: For day-to-day care, gently wipe the bag with a dry, soft cloth and store it in a well-ventilated place away from heat and damp. Keep liquids, cosmetics and pens securely closed to help protect the lining. Avoid harsh cleaners or unauthorised treatments, especially on the nylon and leather trim.

Q: Does this bag come with any product information?
A: Yes, this piece includes an authenticity card. Everything included with the bag is listed in the product information on this page; if an item is not listed there, it is not included.

Q: How do you authenticate this Prada bag?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is carefully checked by in-house experts. For Prada bags, authentication typically includes reviewing the materials, logo details, lining, stitching, hardware consistency and overall construction, so you can shop with confidence.

Q: Is this a good everyday vintage Prada bag?
A: Yes, this is a strong everyday option if you want a lightweight designer shoulder bag with a classic look. The black Tessuto nylon and leather trim make it easy to style, while the softly structured hobo shape offers practical space without feeling oversized.
