Q: What size is the Saint Laurent Medium Cabas Chyc Bag?
A: This medium size measures approximately 30 x 19 x 15 cm. The top handles have a drop of about 10 cm, and the detachable strap has an adjustable drop of about 44 cm.

Q: What typically fits inside this bag?
A: The medium Cabas Chyc is best suited to daily essentials such as a phone, purse, keys, sunglasses and a small cosmetics pouch. It is a structured day bag rather than an oversized tote, so bulkier items will reduce the available space.

Q: Can it be carried on the shoulder?
A: Yes. This item includes a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap, so it can be carried by hand or worn on the shoulder. The medium shape is generally best suited to handheld or shoulder wear.

Q: Will it fit a laptop or A4 documents?
A: In most cases, no. At 30 cm wide and 19 cm high, it is better for everyday essentials than for larger work items such as most laptops or full-size A4 folders.

Q: How secure is the closure?
A: The bag has both a zip closure and a magnetic flap closure, giving it a secure top opening while preserving the signature Cabas Chyc look.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: Included with the bag are the authenticity card, detachable shoulder strap and dust bag. Please refer to the product information on this page for the full included set.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This piece is listed in very good condition. The exterior shows light traces of use with a few marks on the leather, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does the Cabas Chyc keep its structure over time?
A: The model is known for its smart, structured silhouette, although pre-owned examples can soften slightly with age and use. This bag remains in very good condition with only light wear noted.

Q: How should I care for the vintage leather?
A: To help preserve the leather and shape, store it in its dust bag, keep it lightly stuffed when not in use, avoid overfilling, and wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth. Keep it away from prolonged moisture, direct heat and rough surfaces.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin listed for this piece is France.
