Q: What distinguishes the Tiffany & Co HardWear Graduated Link Necklace?
A: The design features Tiffany’s signature gauge links in graduated sizes, creating a bold, sculptural chain rather than a uniform-link necklace.

Q: How long is this necklace, and how can I check the fit?
A: This particular necklace has a listed circumference of 40 cm. To estimate where it will sit, measure a necklace you already own or place a 40 cm piece of string comfortably around your neck. The fit will depend on your neck size and the substantial links.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned necklace in?
A: It is listed in Very Good Condition, with a shiny finish and light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside the condition information to assess the visible wear.

Q: What colour is this necklace?
A: The product information lists the colour as silver. This describes its appearance; the metal composition is not specified in the supplied product information.

Q: Where was this necklace made?
A: The country of origin is listed as Italy.

Q: Does it come with a Tiffany box or pouch?
A: No accessories are included with this necklace, as stated in the product information. A Tiffany box or pouch is therefore not included.

Q: Is the HardWear Graduated Link Necklace comfortable for everyday wear?
A: Tiffany describes the Graduated Link design as made for comfortable, easy wear. However, comfort is personal, particularly with a substantial chain, so check this piece’s 40 cm measurement against a necklace you find comfortable.

Q: Can I wear it in the shower, while swimming or at the gym?
A: Tiffany recommends removing its jewellery before showering, bathing, swimming and exercising. Also remove it before applying perfume, lotions or other cosmetics to limit exposure to chemicals and unnecessary wear.

Q: How should I care for and store this necklace?
A: Keep it away from household cleaners, bleach and abrasive surfaces. Store it separately in a protective pouch or a compartment in a jewellery box to prevent tangling and contact with other pieces. As the metal composition is not specified here, confirm it before choosing a metal-specific cleaner or polish; a professional jeweller can advise on suitable cleaning.
