Q: What size is this Gucci Soho Disco and what are its dimensions?
A: This is the small size. The bag measures approximately 22 × 16 × 6 cm and has an adjustable shoulder strap with an around 53 cm drop on this piece. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for exact figures.

Q: What typically fits inside?
A: A large smartphone, compact wallet or cardholder, keys, sunglasses in a soft case, a few cosmetics, and a small hand sanitiser fit comfortably. Many users also carry a compact camera or similar small tech—capacity will vary based on how you pack.

Q: Does it fit an iPad mini or e‑reader?
A: A slim e‑reader generally fits. An iPad mini may fit without a bulky case but can be snug and may press against the sides; we recommend checking your device measurements against the bag’s dimensions and avoiding overfilling to preserve the shape.

Q: Is the Gucci Soho Disco still in production?
A: The original Soho Disco is widely reported to be discontinued by Gucci. It is now most commonly available pre‑loved, and Gucci’s Blondie line offers a similar boxy crossbody aesthetic.

Q: Is the leather tassel removable?
A: No. The tassel is integrated with the zip pull and is not designed to be removed. Avoid pulling the zip by the tassel alone, and store the tassel flat to prevent bending or fraying.

Q: Can the strap be worn crossbody and is it adjustable?
A: Yes. The single leather strap is adjustable and suitable for both shoulder and crossbody wear. The drop on this item is around 53 cm, and you can fine‑tune the fit using the strap holes.

Q: What are the materials and interior features?
A: Pebbled/grained leather exterior with gold‑tone hardware, and a beige canvas/cotton‑linen lining. Inside are two slip pockets for small essentials, and the bag closes with a top zip featuring the leather tassel.

Q: Is the Soho Disco heavy and does it hold its shape?
A: It is known for being lightweight and comfortable for daily wear. The soft pebbled leather can become more supple over time; if you prefer a firmer silhouette, a compact organiser can help maintain structure.

Q: How should I care for the leather and lining?
A: Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh cleaners and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. Store the bag loosely stuffed in its dust bag to support the shape, and be mindful of colour transfer on lighter panels (for example, from dark denim).

Q: What accessories are included and how is authenticity ensured?
A: This item includes a dust bag as listed. Every piece at A Retro Tale is carefully authenticated by in‑house specialists using multi‑point checks of materials, stitching, hardware, stamps and serials; further details are available on request.
