Withdrawal & Returns

A Retro Tale offers 14 days return policy upon receipt of your order.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date you send the return for it to be processed, as delivery times may vary depending on the country you are returning from and the shipping provider used.

For uncollected parcels at postal or courier services, a fee of 60 GBP will be charged. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless the original safety seal is intact and still attached. Once the seal is broken or removed, the return policy no longer applies, in accordance with health and safety regulations.

To ensure authenticity and quality control, watches are not eligible for in-store returns. Returns for watches must be handled according to our online return policy.
