Q: Is the Louis Vuitton Turtle Pouch Bag Charm just decorative?
A: It combines a turtle-shaped bag charm with a small storage pouch. The shell provides space for small essentials, making it both a decorative accessory and a practical addition to your bag.

Q: What can fit inside the turtle pouch?
A: Louis Vuitton describes the Turtle Pouch as suitable for storing earbuds. Fit will depend on the size of your earbuds and any charging case; compatibility with a particular model is not confirmed. Avoid overfilling the pouch or forcing it closed.

Q: What are the measurements of this charm?
A: This item measures 12 cm in height and 7 cm in width. These are overall measurements, not the dimensions of the internal storage space.

Q: How does the Turtle Pouch attach to a bag?
A: The Turtle Pouch design uses a snap hook to attach to a suitable bag ring or metal loop. Check that your chosen attachment point accommodates the hook comfortably, without forcing it or putting strain on the bag.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned item in?
A: This charm is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Its listed colour is brown.

Q: Does it come with a box, dust bag or other accessories?
A: No additional accessories are included with this item, as stated in the product information.

Q: Could wearing a bag charm cause scratches or rubbing?
A: Repeated contact between a charm, the bag surface and its hardware may cause wear. Choose an attachment position that minimises rubbing, avoid overloading the pouch, and check the contact points regularly.

Q: How should I care for this pre-owned charm?
A: Handle it gently and use a soft, dry cloth to remove surface dust. Avoid abrasive cleaning, solvents, oils, perfume and hand sanitiser. Protect it from dampness, prolonged sunlight and heat, and store it away from sharp objects that could scratch the surface or hardware.
