Q: Does this ear cuff require pierced ears?
A: No. This Chanel ear cuff uses a clip-on mechanism, so it can be worn without any piercings. It grips the outer ear or lobe to stay in place.

Q: How do I put it on and keep it secure?
A: Position the opening of the cuff at a thinner part of your ear (such as the upper rim), slide it gently to your preferred spot, and let the clip rest snugly—not tight. If it feels uncomfortable, reposition it slightly until secure. Avoid forcing or bending the metal, especially around the rhinestones.

Q: Is this sold as a single or a pair?
A: It is a single ear cuff, as stated in the listing. If you prefer a symmetrical look, it can be styled with studs or another cuff you already own.

Q: Can I wear it on either ear?
A: Yes. You can rotate and place it on either the left or right ear, depending on your anatomy and the look you want. Try a few positions along the helix or lobe to find the most comfortable and secure fit.

Q: Can the fit be adjusted?
A: Minor tension adjustments are sometimes possible with clip-ons, but we recommend avoiding DIY bending on vintage, stone‑set pieces to prevent loosening rhinestones or stressing the plating. A professional jeweller can fine‑tune clip tension if needed.

Q: What are the measurements and how does it sit on the ear?
A: Approximately H 6 × W 6.2 × D 2 cm. It has a statement presence and frames the ear with the iconic CC motif and red rhinestones. Exact fit can vary with ear shape; please refer to the photos for scale.

Q: How should I care for it?
A: Keep the piece dry and avoid contact with perfume, lotions and hairspray. Put it on after makeup, store it separately to prevent scratches, and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not submerge or use abrasive cleaners on rhinestones or plated finishes.

Q: I have sensitive skin—anything I should know?
A: Those with metal sensitivities may prefer limited wear time and to avoid prolonged contact if irritation occurs. If you have a known nickel allergy, consider using protective barriers (such as clear jewellery shields) and discontinue wear if any reaction appears.
