Q: What fits inside this Balenciaga Crush Chain Flap Bag?
A: With measurements of approximately 32 × 20 × 8 cm, it is roomy enough for daily essentials such as a phone, long wallet, keys, sunglasses, and a small cosmetics pouch. It also offers a more spacious feel than mini evening bags, while still keeping a sleek shoulder-bag silhouette.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: Yes, the chain strap allows for versatile styling. Based on the listed strap measurements of 30/56 cm, it can be worn shorter on the shoulder or longer for a more relaxed crossbody-style carry, depending on your height and preference.

Q: How is the inside organised?
A: The bag features a tonal lining with an internal pocket, which is useful for keeping smaller essentials organised. The flap closure with magnetic clasp also makes it easy to access your belongings while keeping the bag secure.

Q: What material and hardware does this bag feature?
A: This piece is crafted in white quilted leather and finished with aged silver-tone hardware. The combination gives it a soft, modern look with a slightly vintage-inspired edge.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This bag is listed in very good condition with light traces of use externally and internally. The hardware remains shiny, with only light scratches noted.

Q: Does this item come with any extras?
A: No additional extras are included with this piece. Please refer to the product information section for the most accurate overview of what is included with the bag.

Q: Is white leather difficult to maintain?
A: White leather can show marks more easily than darker colours, so it benefits from a little extra care. We recommend avoiding contact with dark denim and heavily dyed fabrics, wiping the surface gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth, and storing it carefully when not in use.

Q: Is this a good day-to-evening bag?
A: Yes, this style works especially well from day to evening. Its quilted leather finish and chain strap make it polished enough for dressier use, while the practical size and flap design also suit everyday essentials.
