Q: What fits inside this Chanel CC 2025 Maxi Hobo Bag?
A: With approximate dimensions of 43 x 27 x 6 cm, this is a roomy shoulder bag that can comfortably hold day-to-day essentials such as a wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, a compact umbrella, cosmetics pouch and a tablet or slim notebook. We recommend checking the Measurements on this page for the best sense of scale for your needs.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder?
A: Yes. This style features a leather and chain shoulder strap, and the listed strap measurement is 20 cm. It is best suited to shoulder carry rather than crossbody wear.

Q: How does the bag close?
A: This bag has a front flap with a CC turn-lock closure, which gives it a more secure feel than an open-top hobo style while still keeping the relaxed look of a soft shoulder bag.

Q: What is the interior layout like?
A: The interior is lined in black fabric and includes one zip pocket and one slip pocket, which is useful for organising smaller essentials separately from the main compartment.

Q: What material and hardware does this bag have?
A: According to the product information, this piece is crafted in black quilted leather with gold-tone hardware. It combines classic Chanel codes with a more spacious, easy-to-carry silhouette.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: The overall condition is listed as Like New Condition with light traces of use. The exterior and interior are both described as like new, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: This item includes a serial number tag. For this piece, everything included is shown in the product information. If an item is not listed there, it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin label for this bag is Italy.

Q: How should I care for this Chanel leather bag?
A: To help preserve the leather and hardware, avoid overfilling, prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat and moisture, and contact with rough or colour-transfer-prone surfaces. Store it upright in a protective pouch or dust bag and lightly stuff it to help maintain its shape when not in use.

Q: How do you authenticate this bag?
A: At A Retro Tale, all items are carefully vetted for authenticity by specialists. For this piece, the product information also notes a serial number tag, which is one of the details considered alongside materials, construction, hardware and overall finishing.
