Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel CC Tassel Camera Bag?
A: The bag measures 27 cm wide, 20 cm high and 7 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 50 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, a compact wallet, keys and a few small cosmetics. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them. Avoid overfilling the bag to help preserve its shape.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: This piece is listed as a shoulder bag. Crossbody suitability depends on your height, build and preferred position. The product information gives a strap measurement of 50 cm but does not specify whether this is the drop or total length, so please ask for confirmation if crossbody wear is important to you.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing on the corners and piping, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What accessories are included?
A: A serial number tag is listed in the product information. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This Chanel CC Tassel Camera Bag is black, and its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: How should I care for this bag?
A: Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, strong artificial light and humidity, and keep the bag away from perfume, cosmetics and harsh chemicals. If it gets wet, gently pat it dry with an absorbent, lint-free cloth rather than rubbing it. For stains or material-specific cleaning, seek advice from a CHANEL boutique or a specialist in luxury handbag care.

Q: How should I store the bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in a protective pouch, away from sunlight and humidity. Wrap any straps or chains in tissue paper to help prevent them from marking the bag, and avoid placing heavy items on top of it.
