Q: What size is this Chanel Small Deauville NM Tote Bag?
A: This bag measures 35 cm wide × 25 cm high × 16 cm deep. Use these item-specific measurements when comparing sizes, rather than relying solely on the Small model name.

Q: What can I fit inside this tote?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a purse, phone, keys, sunglasses and a small cosmetics pouch, with space for additional compact items depending on how you pack. Avoid overfilling the bag to help preserve its shape.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop compatibility has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your laptop’s actual dimensions, including its protective sleeve, with the bag’s 35 × 25 × 16 cm measurements. The usable interior and opening may be smaller than the exterior dimensions, so these measurements alone do not guarantee a fit.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing on the corners and discolouration on the trim and handles. The interior shows light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a dust bag and a serial number tag. A box and authenticity card are not listed as included.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This bag is black, and its country-of-origin label indicates that it was made in France.

Q: How should I care for this Chanel Deauville tote?
A: Avoid overloading it, prolonged exposure to sunlight or humidity, and contact with perfume, cosmetics or harsh chemicals. If it gets wet, gently blot it with a soft, absorbent cloth rather than rubbing. For stains or material-specific cleaning, seek advice from a CHANEL boutique before applying any treatment.

Q: How should I store the bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in the included dust bag, away from sunlight and moisture. Arrange the straps and any chains carefully, using tissue paper to prevent them from pressing against the bag. Avoid crushing it beneath other items.
