Q: What size is it?
A: This piece measures approximately 28 x 5 x 6 cm. Because it is long and slim, it works best as a statement accent rather than a small discreet key fob.

Q: Will it suit any handbag?
A: It suits most handbags that have a handle, ring or fastening point for a charm. Given its 28 cm length, it tends to look especially good on medium to large totes, shoulder bags and top-handle styles.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What is the Fendi Fringed Bag Bug Charm used for?
A: It is a decorative bag charm that can also be used as a key holder. The clip and key ring let you attach it to a handbag handle, D-ring or set of keys for a playful signature finish.

Q: How do I attach it to my bag?
A: This charm has both a clip fastening and a key ring. Most owners attach it to a handle base, ring or zip pull. If you want to minimise rubbing on delicate hardware, clip it to a leather loop or strap point rather than letting it swing directly against metal.

Q: What size is it?
A: This piece measures approximately 28 x 5 x 6 cm. Because it is long and slim, it works best as a statement accent rather than a small discreet key fob.

Q: What is it made from?
A: This example features light blue, brown and red leather with silver-tone hardware and Fendi's playful fringed Bag Bug design.

Q: Will it suit any handbag?
A: It suits most handbags that have a handle, ring or fastening point for a charm. Given its 28 cm length, it tends to look especially good on medium to large totes, shoulder bags and top-handle styles.

Q: What condition is this charm in?
A: It is listed in Very Good condition with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, which is normal for a vintage pre-owned piece.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: This piece comes with the box and tags. Everything included is listed in the product information, so if something is not mentioned there, it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: How should I care for a leather Fendi charm like this?
A: Store it in its protective case or box in a dry place away from direct light and heat. Keep it away from rain, perfume, solvents, oils and abrasive surfaces, and avoid crushing the fringes during storage.

Q: Are Fendi Bag Bugs collectible?
A: Yes. Fendi's Bag Bugs became one of the house's best-known playful motifs, and vintage examples are popular with collectors who enjoy novelty designer pieces and bag personalisation.

Q: How do you authenticate it?
A: A Retro Tale states that all items are authenticated by its experts through a rigorous review of materials, construction, hardware and brand details. If you would like extra peace of mind, the store also offers a separate digital authenticity certificate service.
