Q: What can I fit inside this bag?

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: This is a shoulder-bag style with a listed handle measurement of 20 cm. Shoulder fit will depend on your build and clothing. A separate crossbody strap is not listed in the product information, so crossbody wear should not be assumed.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?

Q: How should I clean and care for this bag?
A: Gucci recommends gently wiping handbags with a soft, dry cloth after use. Avoid cleaning or protective products that could alter the finish, and keep the bag away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and rough surfaces. For stains or specialist cleaning, seek advice from Gucci before treating the bag.

Q: How should I store this bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it in the included dust bag, away from direct light, heat and humidity. Do not place other items on top, as this can distort its shape or scratch the surface.
