Louis VuittonEpi Alma BB Bag

Q: What size is this Louis Vuitton Epi Alma BB Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 24 x 18 x 12 cm. The dual top handles have an approximate drop of 10 cm, and the detachable shoulder strap has an approximate drop of 55 cm. Please use these measurements as the best guide to how the bag will sit and what it can hold.

Q: What typically fits inside the Alma BB?
A: The Alma BB is a compact structured bag designed for daily essentials. It will generally suit items such as a phone, card holder or small wallet, keys, lipstick, and other small necessities. Because the top opening is narrower than the base, bulkier items may be harder to fit even if the base appears roomy.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: Yes. This item includes a detachable shoulder strap, so it can be carried by hand using the top handles or worn with the strap for hands-free use. As always, the exact fit will vary depending on your height and preferred styling.

Q: What is Epi leather, and is it practical for everyday use?
A: Epi leather is Louis Vuitton’s signature textured leather, known for its structured feel and durable finish. It is generally appreciated for everyday use because it is more resistant to visible scratches and wear than many smoother leathers, while still keeping a polished shape.

Q: Does Epi leather handle light rain and regular wear well?
A: Epi leather is generally considered a practical choice for regular use and light exposure to the elements. That said, it is still leather, so it should not be soaked or exposed to prolonged moisture, heat, or rough surfaces. Wipe it gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth and store it carefully when not in use.

Q: What interior features does this bag have?
A: According to the product information, this Alma BB has a black lining, one internal slip pocket, and a zip closure. The structured shape helps the bag keep its elegant silhouette while keeping essentials organised.

Q: What accessories are included with this bag?
A: This item includes a shoulder strap, padlock, key, clochette, and care booklet. Everything included with the bag is listed in the product information.

Q: What is the condition of this particular item?
A: This bag is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior shows some small black marking on the bottom of the bag, the interior has light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. This gives a clear picture of gentle pre-owned wear without major functional issues being noted.

Q: How should I store and care for this bag?
A: To help preserve the shape and finish, store the bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keep it lightly stuffed when not in use, avoid overfilling, and clean the Epi leather gently with a soft cloth. For a pre-owned structured bag, careful storage is especially helpful in maintaining its silhouette.

Q: How do I know this bag is authentic?
A: This item has a listed serial number of AA0250 and is sold by A Retro Tale, which specialises in authentic luxury vintage and second-hand designer accessories. The bag is also described with detailed material, hardware, construction, and condition information to support confident purchasing.
