Q: What are the dimensions of this Louis Vuitton Pochette Métis MM?
A: This bag measures 25 cm wide × 19 cm high × 7 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 55 cm.

Q: What fits inside the Pochette Métis MM?
A: It can accommodate everyday essentials such as a smartphone, wallet, keys, earphones, lipstick and tissues. Sunglasses may also fit, depending on their case and how you pack. Avoid overfilling the compartments or forcing the closure.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: Yes, the Pochette Métis features a removable, adjustable strap for shoulder or crossbody wear, as well as a top handle for hand carrying. How it sits will depend on your height and clothing.

Q: Is the Monogram Pochette Métis made entirely from leather?
A: No. This model combines brown Monogram coated canvas with natural cowhide leather trim and a textile lining. It is different from the Monogram Empreinte version, which has an embossed leather exterior.

Q: How is the bag organised, and how does it close?
A: The Pochette Métis has three internal compartments and a zipped exterior pocket at the back. The front flap is secured by Louis Vuitton’s signature S-lock closure.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: The exterior is rated Very Good, with minor watermarks on the leather handle. The interior is also rated Very Good, with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag or box?
A: A dust bag is included in the product information. A box is not listed as included.

Q: Where was this particular bag made?
A: The supplied product information identifies France as this bag’s country of origin.

Q: Can I use the bag in the rain?
A: Avoid getting the natural leather trim wet, as moisture can leave marks. If it encounters water, blot it promptly with a clean, light-coloured, lint-free absorbent cloth. This particular bag already has minor watermarks on its leather handle.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Gently wipe the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth, keeping moisture away from the natural leather. Avoid alcohol, solvents, oils and leather lotions, and do not attempt to scrub away the handle’s watermarks. Store the bag in its dust bag in a ventilated place away from heat, and avoid overpacking it to help preserve its shape.
