Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Tivoli PM?
A: This bag measures approximately 20 cm wide × 17 cm high × 12 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 12 cm. These measurements apply to this specific pre-owned item.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its listed dimensions, it should accommodate small everyday essentials such as a phone, compact purse, keys and a few cosmetics. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Can the Tivoli PM be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: The Tivoli PM is primarily a top-handle bag, suited to carrying by hand or in the crook of the arm. Shoulder fit depends on your build and clothing, so it should not be assumed. No separate shoulder or crossbody strap is included with this item.

Q: Is the Monogram Tivoli PM made entirely from leather?
A: No. This model combines Louis Vuitton's brown Monogram coated canvas with natural cowhide leather handles and trim. The natural leather can develop a darker patina over time.

Q: Does the bag have a secure closure and internal pockets?
A: The Tivoli PM design features a zip-top closure and a brown textile-lined interior with slip pockets for organising smaller belongings.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This bag is in very good pre-owned condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included with this item. The product information confirms that it is supplied without additional accessories.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The supplied product information lists France as the country of origin and records the code VI2120.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Gently wipe the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth, keeping moisture away from the natural leather trim. Avoid solvents, alcohol-based products, oils and leather lotions. If the natural leather gets wet, blot it promptly with a clean, light-coloured absorbent cloth. Store the bag in a breathable protective bag in a ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat, and avoid overpacking it.
