Q: What typically fits inside the Lady Dior Cannage coin purse?
A: With approximate dimensions 15 × 8 cm, it holds coins, five cards in the external slots, a few folded banknotes, receipts and a small key fob or lipstick. It is not designed for smartphones.

Q: Do the external card slots stretch or loosen over time?
A: Each slot is intended for one card for best retention. Leather will give slightly with use; if needed, add a second slim card to a slot only after some break‑in. Avoid overfilling to keep the Cannage quilting and edges in shape.

Q: Can banknotes be stored flat?
A: Most GBP, EUR and USD notes will need to be folded once to fit neatly inside the zipped compartment; this compact model is not intended to carry flat banknotes.

Q: How should I care for the pink patent Cannage leather?
A: Wipe with a soft, slightly damp, lint‑free cloth and buff dry. Keep away from alcohol‑based sanitisers, acetone, oils and harsh cleaners. Avoid prolonged contact with dark textiles (e.g., denim) that can transfer dye. For stubborn marks, consult a professional leather spa.

Q: Is patent leather prone to colour transfer or becoming sticky?
A: Patent finishes can pick up dye transfer and may feel tacky in heat or humidity. Store cool and dry, inside the dust bag, with a breathable buffer so it does not touch other leathers or plastics. Do not use plastic sleeves for long‑term storage.

Q: Does this piece have a serial or date code?
A: Many Dior small leather goods include a discreet date code, typically heat‑stamped inside a slot or along the interior trim, but locations and formats vary by era. If present and legible, we can share it on request; regardless, authenticity is guaranteed by A Retro Tale’s expert checks.

Q: Are the DIOR letter charms removable?
A: This coin purse features a DIOR letter charm in silver‑tone hardware. On most small leather goods the charm is fixed to the zipper pull and is not intended to be removed by the user.

Q: What is included with my purchase?
A: Everything that comes with the item is listed under the product information on this page. For this piece, a dust bag is included.

Q: What condition should I expect?
A: External condition: good with scuffed corners. Interior condition: very good with light traces of use. Hardware: shiny with light scratches. Please review the photos for a close look.

Q: Will it fit in mini bags and evening clutches?
A: Yes. Its slim profile and compact footprint allow it to slip easily into most mini bags and clutches while keeping essentials organised.
